To make these noodles, you simple start by frying up your meat with a ton of fresh garlic and ginger. Then, you add in your sauce ingredients like soy sauce, broth and honey. Thicken that all up with a slurry for a glossy and delicious meaty sauce. To finish it off, you toss in a bunch of fresh green onion and your favorite long noodles!

These Mongolian noodles make amazing leftovers or meal prep for the week and are so delicious you won’t get tired of them! Sweet, salty, sticky and everything you could want in noodle dish.

Mongolian Venison Noodles Ingredients

Ground Venison– As mentioned above you can use ground venison or any other ground red meat you have. Elk, moose or beef are all great.

Noodles– This can be ramen noodles, linguini, udon noodles or even rice noodles if you are gluten free.

Soy Sauce– Use regular soy sauce or tamari if you are gluten free.

Garlic– You want fresh garlic for the best flavor.

Ginger– Chopped or minced. I keep my ginger in the freezer so it is easy to grate right into recipes.

Green Onions– These at a delicious fresh bite to the noodles.

Honey– You can use brown sugar if you like, but I like honey for a healthier option.

Beef Broth– Homemade or store bought works.

Fish Sauce– Adds a nice depth of flavor.

Hoisin Sauce– Just a touch for a perfectly sweet and sticky sauce.

Corn Starch– Can sup with arrowroot starch. Just helps thicken the sauce to coat the noodles nicely.
