About US!
Hi! We are Cole and Morgan. Outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, lovers of good food (no vegans here), Barndominiums and all things country living. We spent the last year and a half transitioning from living in our small mobile home to designing and building our dream home, Barndominium Style and have been sharing our journey along the way!
We are homebodies who chose staying in over going out. We love finding new and delicious ways to process and cook the meat that we harvest, while knowing exactly what we are putting into our bodies and where it comes from! Sourdough is a special kind of love in our home and our coffee machine is always on.
We are on our never ending journey of creating our “Perfect” country home to raise a family in some day and create a life time of memories.
A FEW FUN FACTS ABOUT US
Cole grew up in a small lake side community and I grew up in the city.
I knew nothing about hunting before I met Cole and never imagined I’d be harvesting my first buck a year after we started dating.
Cole Is a carpenter and runs a contracting company with his dad and I own/operate a local bakery that specializes in gluten free goodies
We have a giant baby (cane corso) named Tupac and a barn cat named Ecko who only comes inside when he wants food.
We aren’t big on travelling and believe that we have some of the most beautiful and amazing places to explore in our own backyard.
