Quick & Easy Peach Chimichurri Steak Bowls
I am all for using fresh produce when it’s in season and these Peach Chimichurri Steak Bowls are a delicious nourishing meal to make during peach season. Fresh, bold flavours come together in a beautiful bowl to make a delicious high protein meal you need to try!

If you’ve been here before you already know my obsession with both whipped feta and chimichurri. I have combined the two in this bowl along with juicy sweet peaches to give you a flavor bomb that you cannot resist. These Peach Chimichurri Steak bowls come together in just 25 minutes and are packed with protein!
To make these bowls, you start with a white rice of your choosing. I like jasmine. Then, you blend up a simple whipped feta, made with just three ingredients. Next, grab a bunch of fresh herbs and make a simple, vibrant chimichurri, full of fresh diced peaches. Lastly, you will sear any steaks you like, then slice them into strips and pile them over a bed of rice with all of the toppings!

Tips for Making Perfect Peach Chimichurri Steak Bowls
- When making the whipped feta, you want a good blender as it will be really thick. I recommend heating the cream cheese slightly before blending to soften it.
- For the chimichurri, you want to blend it so that everything is well combined, but you still have some flecks of the fresh herbs throughout. If you want a little more color, you can also stir in some more chopped herbs at the end.
- Anytime you are slicing steak (especially for a bowl or sandwich) you want to cut it against the grain. This will give you the most tender bite possible making it more delicious and easier to eat.
Peach Chimichurri Steak Bowl Ingredients
Steak– This recipe is delicious with deer, moose, elk, or beef!
Rice– Any white rice will work. Jasmine is my favorite for this one.
Feta Cheese– You want brick feta that comes in liquid.
Cream Cheese– This helps give you that nice smooth soft whipped feta.
Garlic– Fresh garlic for optimal flavor.
Peaches– Nice ripe peaches will give you that perfect sweetness.
Parsley– Fresh parsley is the main flavor you will get in the chimichurri.
Basil- Adds an extra layer of flavor to the chiichurri and compliments the peaches so well.
Olive Oil- A good quality olive oil is the base of the chimichurri.
Red Onion– This goes in the chimichurri and pickled red onions are used as a topping.
Lemon Juice– Fresh squeezed.

The Steps
- Start by boiling the rice until cooked through.
- While the rice cooks, pat your steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Next, add the feta cheese, cream cheese, 2 cloves of garlic and 1/4 cup olive oil to a blender or a jar with an immersion blender. Blend until thick and smooth.
- For the chimichuri, add all of the chimichurri ingredients excluding the peaches to a blender or a jar with an immersion blender. Blend until combined, but still leaving some flecks of the fresh herbs throughout.
- Spoon the chimichurri into a bowl, and stir in the diced peaches.
- Finally, heat a cast iron skillet over high heat with a couple tbsp of butter, ghee or tallow.
- Once the pan is nice and hot, add the steaks and sear for a few minutes each size or until internal temp reaches 120F for rare or 130F for medium rare.
- Remove the steaks from the pan and allow them to rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- To serve, start with a bed of rice in each bowl. Add a dollof of the whipped feta, a big spoonful of the peach chimichurri, then top with the sliced steak and some pickled red onions. Enjoy!
